With a huge communication office in the municipality, with occult connections with media owners, who are all interested in the business of building permits, the mayor of Tirana had earned the epithet of the king of "ready tapes". But, recently, this hierarchy has been overturned. "Lali" is no longer an absolute duo. More and more, Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku is rivaling him.
It appears with the same frequency in news chronicles that, more than the reflection of information of public interest, are the marketing of a viable political product. Lapsi.al has followed him day after day, in the last week, where Balluku never misses an opportunity without appearing on the screen. This Friday on Klan and Top Channel (below) an almost identical chronicle from the operational center for cyber defense was broadcast.
If the newsrooms of the two national TVs had been interested in informing the public about this topic, it could not have coincided on the same day. It is easy to understand that the chronicle was served by the deputy prime minister. Then, if you look at it in detail, you notice that both Balluku and her companion were equipped with microphones on their bodies, which shows that they had not gone for real work, but to shoot a publicity spot.
The same fable was repeated on Wednesday (below), when Belinda Balluku acted in a reconstructed school in Durrës, even taking on the role of a nun (although she herself is being investigated for falsifying a diploma).

Asnjë herë më parë, asnjë ish zv kryeministër, jo Senida Mesi apo Niko Peleshi, por as Erion Brace që kishte një peshë politike, apo Arben Ahmetaj që kishte mundësi financiare, nuk kanë pasur këtë zemëegjerësi me kohën televizive. Prandaj kuptohet se Balluku bën dalje me leje.
Në të gjitha rrethet e PS-së ka kohë që flitet për rivalitetin mes tyre se kush i shërben më mirë shefit. Por që pas aferës McGonigal, protagonizmit të shtuar të Veliajt, afrimit të fortë të këtij të fundit me Alex Soros dhe pritjes zyrtare që i bënë në SHBA, me sa duket Rama ka vendosur ta prishë skemën me një lider absolut, një numër dy dhe shumë vende bosh.
