Democratic MP Agron Gjekmarkaj, while analyzing the situation within the DP, he also explained the Berisha-Basha relationship.
In an interview for "A2CNN", he said that Berisha did not choose Basha as the head of the party because of his virtues, but because he knew how to control him through his vices.
But according to Gjekmarkaj, Saliu's plan did not work out as he had thought, as he believed that Basha would follow him to the end, but he was wrong.
" He did not choose Basha for his virtues. He chose it because he controlled it through his vices, but the prediction did not come true. He thought that Basha would follow him to the end, in any situation, and here he was wrong. Berisha was violated in its own interests in relation to internationals, in its historical pride ...", said Gjekmarkaj.
The democratic MP added that Berisha thought about returning to politics for his own status and not for the DP.
" He has managed to return as a factor, he has 510 thousand votes from behind. They are votes without which you can never come to power ", underlined Gjekmarkaj.
