The Democratic MP, Ina Zhupa, in a statement for the media, spoke about the hearing that is taking place at the Constitutional Court on the "Butrinti" case.
Zhupa says that he hopes that the right decision will be made and national interests will be protected.
" If the Constitution makes the interests of another state, then Butrint endangers the territory... Butrint in this concession is threatened because it will no longer have its position in UNESCO. The case brought by the Assembly, where he said that it was built in Drezen despite being in UNESCO, but he forgot that after this happened, it was removed from UNESCO.
We have faith in the constitutional judgment, despite the request we made for the dismissal of 3 judges. I believe that the Court will stick to the standard it has created. We will not back down and will follow every institutional step, inside and outside the country ", said Zhupa.
