Quarrels within the opposition, Kulluri: Some MPs from the Berisha-Bardhi group will return to PD

The Secretary for Public Relations in DP, Edvin Kulluri, said that the legal effort for the party's representation rights will continue.

In an interview for the "Real Story" show, he stated that Reestablishment is not a political subject and requires the legal right that it does not have.

" DP has not changed its position regarding the party's representation rights. The trial in court will continue, the legal effort to recognize and register the Assemblies will continue. There is no going back. DP is what it is according to us and until today according to the court. We will continue our view that the Assembly of December 18 and the last one are of the DP. The other party thinks that it is December 11, the Assembly of the DP" , he said.

Kulluri emphasized that the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, should also take a stand on the issue of the head of the parliamentary group.

" The issue of electoral reform, the parliament cannot maintain this situation, this court recognizes the official DP, while Bardhi and Berisha do not recognize them. One is PD. In this sense, in all commissions, and in the election commission, the DP representative is Mr. Alibeaj, who is also the co-chairman of the commission. Ms. Nikolla must also take a stand on the issue of the chairman of the parliamentary group. Either the speaker of the Assembly recognizes the Tirana court as an institution or the parliament has come above the courts. They haven't made a decision yet ," he added.

According to him, many deputies of the Berisha-Bardhi group will leave them and join the DP.

" The problem is that there is no political entity on the other side, and if the SP today had DP and another party, the SP would take a stand, maybe we will recognize this other entity and sit at the table. We are not in these conditions. The re-establishment requires the legal right of DP while it does not have it. The whole problem is Berisha's psychological obsession with the PD logo. The second, the fact that 5-6 MPs are moving, in the first meeting there were 24. Some have left because they are unclear and as far as I know, a part will return to DP", Kulluri emphasized .
