PL MP Edmond Haxhinasto spoke about the situation of Ilir Meta inside the cell, where he has been for more than a year. Haxhinasto said that he has communicated with Meta and visited him in the cell, while describing his condition as positive and charged.
He emphasized that Meta remains engaged in following political developments, while isolation, according to him, has not hindered his leadership skills.
" I have communicated with Mr. Meta, within the limited possibilities we have. I have also seen him in the isolation rooms in prison. Meta is in a very positive state, very charged. I know that he has an extraordinary commitment to following political developments, with his sharp mind he makes the analyses that only he knows how to do and his isolation is not an obstacle to hindering his outstanding ability as a prominent leader. He leads us from the cell, without question ," he said.
