After the union of the majority with the opposition in the parliament, the procedure for the implementation of the arrest warrant issued by SPAK, against the former Minister Arben Ahmetaj, has started, with the charge: "Abuse of duty, corruption with landfills and suspicions of profiting from them."
These accusations have the legal and public obligation to prove the president of SPAK, Altin Dumani and the prosecutor of the case, Enkeleda Millonai, as the drafter and representative of the accusation against Arben Ahmetaj, who, as the lawyers said, left Albania before the release of arrest warrant.
Without prejudging the leader of SPAK, as used by the political mafia in this matter, it is not too much to say that the only thing accomplished and proven with this arrest warrant is the threat that Prime Minister Edi Rama made publicly to Arben Ahmetaj in the media.
Specifically, on February 16, 2023, after SPAK's announcement of the start of the investigation against former minister Arben Ahmetaj, Prime Minister Edi Rama declared on TV-Klan: - "The accusations against Arben Ahmetaj are true, but despite my regret, I do not I can help him because I don't become a shield for those who have "eaten pears" behind my back".

The fact is this: in March 2023, just two weeks after the threat, the expedited investigation began in the government dome about the landfill, but only for Arben Ahmetaj, the former minister who twice opposed the construction of the landfill without a feasibility plan, while on July 7 an arrest warrant was signed.

Koha nuk vonoi as 3 muaj dhe ish-ministri Ahmetaj është nën urdhër-arresti të përshpejtuar, ndërkohë që dosja penale për 3 PPP-të 380 milionë Euro të firmosura nga ish-ministri Ilir Beqja ka 3 vite e bllokuar, ndërsa dosja 53 milionë Euro e Ogerta Manastirliut për tenderët sekret të “COVID” nuk po preket prej 2 vitesh.
Emergjenca e hetimit dhe urdhër-arresti për Arben Ahmetajn, duket si histeri hakmarrëse dhe ndikim i Edi Ramës në SPAK, shoqëruar me dy fakte:
1. Ditën që iu hoq imuniteti Ahmetajt, kryeministri Rama shkoi në seancë vetëm 1 minutë kur u bë votimi dhe bashkë me deputetët e urdhëruar, votoi për ta çuar në burg mikun e tij.
