The Special Prosecution Office has refused to criminally prosecute MP Olta Xhaçka, her husband Artan Gaçi and former mayor of Himara Jorgo Goro, based on a lawsuit filed by Fredi Beleri.
The latter has filed an appeal with the Special Court, requesting 'the annulment of the decision/letter no. Prot. 22920/1 dated 27.12.2024 of the Special Prosecutor's Office for Corruption and Organized Crime, which announces the non-initiation of criminal proceedings against the accused citizens Olta Xhaçka and Artan Gaçi.'
MEP Beleri also requests from the Criminal Court of Kosovo: 'Order the registration of criminal proceedings for the reported criminal offense and the carrying out of relevant investigative actions.
