Shkruar nga PamfletiThe Secretary General of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has reacted harshly after SPAK's decision to extend the investigation period against Ilir Meta. In a lengthy statement, Blushi describes the decision as an action foreshadowed by the "narco-justice caught" and another step in the scenario of the distortion of the justice reform.
He speaks of "mafia kidnapping", "political terrorism" and "politically directed criminal acts", warning that the case will go to Strasbourg, as a stain of shame on Albania and its government-controlled justice.

Drug justice once again showed its face as a worthy representative of the lawlessness and a disgusting servant of Edi Rama.
No surprises and nothing new from the justice front, which confirmed once again today the justice of the positions of the President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, who has long denounced with determination and courage the transformation and overthrow of the Justice Reform with 140 votes into Ramaforma with 69 votes, as a dirty political instrument in the blind service of the Narcostate, to hit the opposition and to protect from punishment the monstrous state crimes, which for Altin Dumani are considered "intellectual crimes difficult to investigate".
The further extension of the investigation period against the President of the Freedom Party, Mr. Ilir Meta, after he was informed of the charges, as well as his being held in extreme isolation for 8 months, proves once again that in 32 years of public service, no evidence or criminal fact will ever be found against President Ilir Meta.
The investigations launched six years ago (since December 2019, a week after Altin Dumani sat in his chair at SPAK), at the height of President Meta's battle to protect the Constitutional Court, have produced nothing, because no act, no evidence, no document, no decision, and no illegal action on his part can ever be discovered.
They have investigated for 6 years, but even for another 600 years, if they continue to investigate, no evidence of violation of the law and the Constitution by President Meta will ever be found!
The extension of the investigation period and the continuation of the detention in extreme isolation without evidence and criminal facts is a continuation of the political terror that followed the mafia and terrorist kidnapping of President Meta on October 21 of last year, without any police or prosecutor's letter, by masked and still officially unidentified bandits, who, with heavy weapons and without identification documents, forcibly escorted him in a private vehicle, without communicating any court decision, without giving him the right to contact a lawyer and without reading him the rights that were his according to the Constitution.
For this criminal act of bandit kidnapping, the Freedom Party has filed a report with SPAK, but even today we have not received any response regarding the investigation of the villains who ordered and executed that mafia kidnapping.
Undoubtedly, after that criminal kidnapping of the President of the Freedom Party, today's action to illegally extend the investigations was an action that was expected to occur by the captured drug police.

Mr. Kujtim Cakrani, the arrest measure will be challenged in the Constitutional Court, which is also on the verge of total usurpation by the Drug State, as you have followed all the developments of the past few weeks.
This appeal to the Constitutional Court is a final step to exhaust and exhaust all internal procedures so that this matter reaches Strasbourg as soon as possible and where the biggest black stain of shame in the history of a member country of the Council of Europe, which is also a member country of NATO, will be placed on the captured justice system and Albania itself, for that mafia kidnapping carried out by Edi Rama with the signatures of Ramaforma prosecutors, who ordered his terrorist kidnapping and continue to keep him in extreme isolation, precisely to traffic mandates between each other for eternal power, as well as to annihilate oppositionism and accountability in Albania.
President Meta is in excellent shape and the Freedom Party is in full support of him to dismantle this criminal, Sorosist and mafia agenda, which has no connection, neither with the Constitution of Albania nor with the European Convention on Human Rights on which the Constitution of Albania is based.
The Freedom Party is fully on President Meta's side in this principled battle for freedom, democracy, accountability, transparency, true justice and the rule of law in Albania.
