The Deputy of the Democratic Party, Ervin Salianji, has proposed to develop a transformation Assembly in the DP, which will change the name, the logo and will remake this political force.
Salianji made the comments in Euronews Albania, where he said that the opposition cannot continue to remain hostage to the judicial proceedings regarding the seal.
He also added that today there is only one court decision for PD, which recognizes Berisha as the leader of this political force.
" I don't see that the DP will take it and Basha can't take it, but I have said it before, that we have to hold a transformation Assembly where the PD is transformed, either in name or in its remake, to have the opportunity of the inclusion of all elements in the PD.
We must overcome this impasse to give Albanian citizens another dimension of opposition. I hope the formula closes within the month and everyone keeps the shares they have.
Today there is only one decision of the Court of Tirana that recognizes the "Reestablishment" Assembly. Today, judicially, Sali Berisha is the chairman of that party.
