Democrat Luciano Boçi has explained his move from Elbasan to Shkodra. He said that his move is a political method, and that it was not practiced only by the Democratic Party.
" I have been sent as a political delegate to a district where the attention of the DP is increased due to the vocation that Shkodra has. The issue of efficiency, my political activity, in Shkodra or Elbasan has relative, not absolute value, it depends on the work, how the candidates perform, what the terrain is like. I don't see that it is surprising. It is a political methodology. It has not been practiced only by the DP. There is movement because balances are maintained. It plays a cushioning role ," the democrat expressed on the "Top Story" show.
Meanwhile, Boçi also focused on the 2023 local elections, where he said that Shkodra was kidnapped, occupied.
" The polls regarding Shkodra have been in favor of the DP in 2023. No party has such strong predictions that the SP will win in Shkodra. Let's clarify the saying 'the castle fell', the castle did not fall, it was conquered. It was taken as the Turks conquered.
"The situation today is electoral, what I say is alarming because it is happening again. Everyone knows, and pretends to know, that these fortresses are not considered the cause of an honorable battle ," he said.
