The head of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, reacted after he decided not to come up with a candidate in the partial elections in Kukës.

Basha emphasized that this is the last time that PD does not have a candidate in the elections, adding that "we must be on the ground to rebuild the party".

"We respected their will not to produce a candidate, it is our responsibility that we dealt with the fight against each other and not with the revival of the party.
