Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has stated that Germany is the country of the European Union that is exerting more pressure on Serbia for Kosovo.
In an interview with the Serbian media, Vučić stated that the foreign minister of Germany represents for him the classic model of the pressure of the great powers on Serbia.
"I have spoken several times with the German minister, Annalena Baerbock. I don't think she is uneducated and unintelligent, on the contrary. But I think they live in their own world and don't see the reality. It was Germany that increased the pressure on Iceland to enter the Council of Europe. The President of Iceland openly said that he did not want to, but it was the pressure of others ," said Vucic.
The Serbian president declared that Serbia has not made any concessions to Kosovo and that during his government some recognitions were removed. On the other hand, he accused the Serbian opposition and why it has harsher rhetoric about Kosovo, if it comes to power it will help in its recognition.
