A serious incident happened in Kosovo where a newborn baby was found without signs of life near the Prizren City Park, a case which the police are investigating as "Murder of a newborn baby".
According to the police, the baby was spotted by a passerby. The case is described as "murder of a newborn baby" and efforts are being made to fully clarify the incident.
"Police in Prizren received information from a witness that a dead body was found near the city park. It is about a baby. The police reaction was immediate, the relevant units went to the scene.
The State Prosecutor was notified and by his order the dead body was sent to the IML for autopsy. The emergency team also came to the scene where the doctor confirmed the death of the baby.
In this case, regional investigations are being conducted and it is being treated as 'Murder of a newborn baby', in consultation with the State Prosecutor, this is how the investigations will begin and it is being treated as a case of this nature", the police announced .
