The chairman of the Nisma Socialdemokrate party, Fatmir Limaj, has criticized the prime minister of Albania, Edi Rama, regarding the proposed draft statute of the Association, which he sent to Germany and France.

Limaj said that Rama was wrong that he did not notify or consult the heads of state of Kosovo first.

" Rama does not want to send the draft to those addresses without consulting the state of Kosovo. Due to Kosovo-Albania relations, it is necessary to notify the heads of state.
