The chairman of the Nisma Socialdemokrate party, Fatmir Limaj, has criticized the prime minister of Albania, Edi Rama, regarding the proposed draft statute of the Association, which he sent to Germany and France.
Limaj said that Rama was wrong that he did not notify or consult the heads of state of Kosovo first.
" Rama does not want to send the draft to those addresses without consulting the state of Kosovo. Due to Kosovo-Albania relations, it is necessary to notify the heads of state. It is possible that they did not hear him... Rama wants to inform him, if the door is closed, but to make the gesture of action for the proposal, then directly to the addresses of the powerful countries. The lack of this step, I think, was an improper action. Kosovo is not Albin Kurti, Kosovo has the master of the house, it should be consulted with him ", he said.
Limaj emphasized that Prime Minister Rama should not contribute to the tension between Kosovo and Albania.
He further accused the position and the opposition in Kosovo of not "understanding the situation the country is in".
