The members of the Kosovo Assembly have three more attempts at constituting the new legislature, according to the deadline set by the Constitutional Court.
On June 26, the Constitutional Court ruled that the Assembly must be constituted within a 30-day period.
While this verdict did not foresee how to proceed further, in case the deputies again fail to constitute the Assembly after this deadline, lawyer Valdet Hoxha says that a new crisis could be created.
