The second round of negotiations begins in Brussels, Kurti meets with Lajçak

After the meeting with the European leaders, the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is understood to have started a few moments ago a meeting with the emissary of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak.

As the High Representative of the EU's Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, stated, during the second meetings, efforts will be made to reach a meeting between the two Kurti and Vucic, to make it possible to return to the dialogue table.

He stated these words shortly before entering the EU summit meeting that is being held in Brussels, as he added that he is likely to leave the EU Summit and meet again with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

"I am continuing. Maybe we should leave the Council meeting and sit down again with the leaders of Kosovo and Serbia, see if we can find a solution within the dialogue. There is no other choice. The European path of Kosovo and Serbia goes through this dialogue ," said Borrell to the media.
