The Austrian analyst warns: Balkan armies should be ready to protect Kosovo
Austrian analyst Gunther Fehlinger

Austrian analyst Gunther Fehlinger has made some cool statements about the security situation in the Balkans, especially in Kosovo.

Fehlinger stressed that the EU should be ready to respond to Serbia if it tries to start a war in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo.

The analyst also appealed to Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro to prepare to show Serbia that they cannot carry out military actions in order to change the borders.

"We cannot accept the Russian occupation of Serbia. We must support change in Belgrade and throughout Serbia.

Serbia's recognition of Kosovo should be indisputable, but we must prepare for a war from Serbia in Kosovo and Bosnia, as the Vucic regime is very dangerous. Therefore, we must protect Kosovo and Bosnia, before the secession of Republika Srpska takes place.

All the armies of the Balkans should be ready to defend Kosovo. Let Albania and Macedonia make sure and show Serbia that such a thing cannot be done.

For Serbia, the best scenario is to break away from Russia. Serbia should not turn into the new Belarus. In the last elections in Belarus Lukashenko lost the elections and he continues to be in power. Serbia today is the Belarus of the Balkans, and the best proof of this is when the president criticizes his people the day after the elections.

Serbia is armed by Serbia and is under Russian political influence and has been so since 2003 with the assassination of Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic.

They have not joined the sanctions, they have trade relations with Russia and they have a center in Nis that is considered a humanitarian center, but is actually a military base.

It is a very dangerous connection and a problematic moment, so everyone must be ready and this applies to Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro", said the analyst.

Fehlinger stressed that the next two weeks will be difficult for the Balkans, so he appealed for the US to increase the troops and show the country to Serbia if it will try to take territories.

"The next two weeks will be very difficult. Russia always wants to have Serbia on its side, so far it has been successful, but Russia itself is on the verge of economic collapse and the last thing it needs is sanctions from Serbia. The Russian presence and the cooperation that Serbia is offering constitute the greatest danger in the Balkans. Serbia wants to turn Kosovo into a kind of Donbass, so a greater presence of US troops in the Balkans is needed to show Serbia that any attempt to take territories will receive the deserved response, this is the only way to preserve of peace", said the analyst.
