Arlinda Loncari, the Kosovar lawyer who works in Sweden, has brought details about the activities of Naim Murseli, the husband of the victim, Liridona Ademaj - Murseli.
Referring to the Swedish media, Loncari said that Naim Murseli worked as an insurance consultant in one of the biggest companies in Sweden, "Folksam".
According to her, he could benefit from an extremely high life insurance policy in case the murder case was not solved. She showed that the highest life insurance policy in Sweden amounts to about 8 million Swedish kroner, which corresponds to approximately 850,000 euros.
This money would go to the spouse and children, with the spouse as the first beneficiary under the policy documents.
" If the fact had not been clarified, if it is not shown who committed this murder, in this case her husband would receive the money, along with the children. If they meet the husband first, it depends on how he wrote them. If he wrote that he will take the money, that is, this money, then he would take it ," Loncari told ATV.
She points out the consequences if the investigation ends in favor of the suspect's husband, making the case even more complicated and adding a possible financial motive behind Liridona's murder.
Lawyer Loncari also spoke about the children of Liridona. According to her, in such cases children are taken from social centers in Sweden.
" That is, if the children now, when they arrive in Sweden, will be immediately taken from the social center and they themselves will start an investigation regarding the placement of the children in another family and also regarding the welfare of the children and what the children need help because of what the children have seen and experienced ," Loncari said.
