The Complaints and Appeals Panel has overturned the CEC's decision and decided to certify the candidates for deputies of the Serbian List.
This follows a complaint filed with the ECAP by this party, as the list of candidates for the Kosovo Parliament had not been certified by the CEC.
" The appeal of the political entity Serbian List, headquartered in North Mitrovica, filed against the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC), with Protocol No. 01/3771-2025, dated 10.12.2025, is approved, the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC), with Protocol No. 01/3771-2025, dated 10.12.2025, is amended, so that the recommendation of the Office for Certification and Financial Control at the CEC, dated 11.12.2025, is accepted, the list of candidates (33 candidates) of the political entity Serbian List, headquartered in North Mitrovica, is certified for participation in the Early Elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, which will be held on 28 December 2025 , "the decision states.
