
Naim Murselit, suspected of murdering his wife, Liridona Ademaj, today gave a completely different version of the incident, as he was questioned for three hours at the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Pristina.
His lawyer, Teuta Zhinipotoku, stated that Murseli's testimony has been changed and that it is not the same as those published earlier.
" Today before the Basic Prosecution - Department for Serious Crimes, the defendant Naim Murseli was heard as the defendant, the suspicion is based on the criminal offense of 'Serious Murder' in complicity under Article 173 par 1.3 and 1.4 related with Article 31 of the KPRK, as well as the defendant has confessed his version of the defense and his defense regarding the event is completely different from what has been published in the information and social networks ", said the lawyer.
In today's session, Murseli was interrogated for about 3 hours, while in the next sessions, it is learned that other witnesses will also be heard.
" In the future, the other witnesses will be heard and after hearing them we will inform you about the course of the procedure and the content of their depositions ," said the lawyer.
Murselit and the other two suspects, Granit Plava and Kushtrim Kokalla, are in custody for the murder of Liridona Ademaj.
Murseli is charged with the criminal offense of aggravated murder in complicity, Plava is charged with the criminal offense of aggravated murder and unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons, while Kokalla is charged with complicity in murder.
Liridona Ademaj was killed on November 29 of last year in Pristina, in an event that was staged as a robbery, but later it was revealed that it was a well-thought-out plan for her execution.
