After the meetings he had with heads of state in Brussels, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic had a meeting with Kosovar journalist Xhemajl Rexha.
Journalist Rexha asked him about not signing the agreement, but it seems that Vucic was not interested in talking about this topic, as he appeared embarrassed.

It was not a matter of signing or not signing something, we discussed this issue in Ohrid, before Ohrid, and currently what we have signed is the process of the agreement in 2013, so you know, and it was signed by both parties," Vucic told him tensely.
After the meetings in Brussels yesterday, the Government of Kosovo has announced that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed his readiness to sign the Brussels and Ohrid agreements, including the draft statute of the Association of Serb-majority municipalities presented last week by diplomats. But, according to the Government communiqué, the signing of the agreement was rejected by Serbia. And the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, has emphasized that "it is not about signing or not signing anything", but about "the implementation of what was signed once, or what was agreed in the meantime", referring to the international proposal for the Association .
