A "whistle" in the fight with the flames, the fire referee shows the

"Hello? Who are you, brother? Now you found it...". Thus began the telephone conversation with Laver Alla, the referee of the Superior Category, who yesterday fought for hours with the flames in Lushnja. "No problem, I'm on my way back to the scene. I got some oxygen at the hospital and I'm on my way back. We still have a lot of work", said Laver Alla for "Panorama Sport".

Alla is not an excellent referee, but for courage and sacrifice, he deserves a 10. One might say he's just doing his job, but the fact that he puts himself in danger and ends up in the hospital means he's doing his best.

Laver, how are you?

Okay, I'm fine. Well, I got some oxygen and now I feel better. I'm going back to the scene.

How many hours do you have in the firefight?

We have since 15:00. (Meanwhile, the phone conversation took place at 20:10). We had never had a fire like this before. There are many floors and the wind has not made things easier for us.

Did you get scared?

We were scared for people's lives. There are bars, there are children's corners... We couldn't think of anything.

Why did you end up in the hospital?

That I couldn't anymore. I felt bad, I took the food out and I couldn't catch my breath.

What did you do in the hospital?

I got some oxygen.

How are you now?

I'm better. I'm going back to the scene. These friends and close people were a little scared, but I'm fine. They worried in vain. I've seen worse than that.

Where have you seen worse than this?

The earthquake in Durrës. We were on the front line there as well. But we didn't know where to start. It was a real horror.

What position do you have at the fire brigade of Lushnja?

Simple fireman.

Is there any more danger, are the flames extinguished?

They are under control, but there is still a lot of smoke and a lot of work. We must not leave anything to chance. Fire is never a joke.
