In this region, the group operates through 8 different companies. The insurance industry in the three countries paid a total of about 300 million euros for life and non-life insurance, of which 1 in every 6 euros of claims paid by the insurance industry in the region, according to official data from the supervisory authorities in each of the 3 countries, is paid by SIGAL INSURANCE GROUP.
For property damages alone, SIGAL paid over 7 million euros in the region, while for life insurance damages, around 6 million euros were paid.
In all three countries, the work philosophy remains the same: compensation is paid correctly and quickly, in accordance with contracts and applicable laws.
The average waiting time for compensation is only 14 days, after submission of complete and proper documentation.
There have been no complaints about non-recognition of damages in the region, demonstrating the company's commitment to reliability, transparency, and real customer support.
SIGAL, for 2026, strategically aims for more combinations of voluntary insurance products, digital access to insurance products, and financial facilitation of payment methods, so that the expansion of clientele in the region continues at the same pace.
