The Supreme Court will review Alfred Beleri's claims on whether or not SPAK should investigate former minister Olta Xhaçka and her husband.
This court decided today to review in a court session the recourse made by Alfred Beleri, against the decision of the Special Appeal, which confirmed the SPAK's position not to register an investigation against Xhaçka and Gaçit.
The court hearing, which will be reported by Judge Sokol Binaj, is scheduled for November 18.
SPAK's decision not to initiate an investigation was challenged by Beleri in the Special Court, which in April ordered SPAK to register an investigation.
But the decision was appealed by SPAK to the Special Appeal, which overturned the First Instance on May 14, upholding the Special Structure's position.
