SPAK's action, warns Ngjela: Now it will go to the politicians, there are

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, while commenting on the latest action of SPAK, stated that there are nearly 100 politicians and high officials who are expected to be hit in the coming weeks.

According to him, the action was taken now because SPAK has provided evidence for criminal contingents, as he added that he will go to politics later.

Speaking on "Top Talk", he also focused on the case of Sali Berisha.

-What was this operation for you?

Njjela: It's the beginning, there's a lot. I think that there are more than 100 high corrupt people. If you consider that the case was hit now, that all the evidence is guaranteed. They are high-level courts or prosecutors, they don't deal with rumours. This shows that they have the evidence, they have prepared it, they have it. The problem arises that what will this one of ours do, what will the Albanian public opinion do? What will Albanian politics do and what will the Albanian parliament do? There are many things, he (Berisha) meanwhile is arrested by the Albanian courts for corruption, madam, he has not yet gone to trial.

- Are you talking about Berisha?

Njjela: What about Berisha, you asked me why the case is delayed and not taken to court, I told you that as a rule of investigative practice, it is understood that there must be other crimes in play to accuse him.

- Has SPAK launched a new attack?

Njjela: The problem is that the evidence comes out step by step, the process cannot start for a former president with dubious evidence, there is talk that these people come from the West, he is under arrest for a corrupt act that was caught in the act, what will happen foreigners in this judicial process and what are they and how much do they have to do with the policy that 40 arrested for corruption, have state corruption with economic crime.
