The Democratic Party candidate in the Durrës district, Andia Ulliri, has filed an official complaint with the Central Election Commission, claiming the mandate of MP Arjan Ndoja, arguing that the gender quota was not respected in the distribution of mandates.

The fact that the artifice is found to prevent the boxes from being opened, the candidates who claim to be asking the question, - are we dealing with a decision made between the two main leaders. Because they have the commissioners there, because they cannot force them, but the high management structures can force them. It has happened other times that the two main parties have agreed that the mandates will be located somewhere, or go somewhere else on the basis of a compromise. Is this the case? The position, the statements of the two candidates, one in Durrës and the other in Tirana, imply that there is an agreement there. KAZI cannot make decisions if there is no high political instruction. Combined with this and the fact that it is played for a candidate who is part of a context of a certain decision-making, the suspicion arises "It is reasonable to judge that there is bargaining, agreements within the parties that they have no interest in exposing," he said.
For his part, analyst Roland Bejko said: "There are cases where most of the time it is not the party bosses who advise them to do these things, it is often short-term connections between candidates in the field, who agree. And those who have the greatest influence on the counters manage to make such compromises. It is not said that Rama and Berisha are the ones who did this dirty work in an area. But it happens that the blessing is received and the "political bosses" themselves give the blessing."
