"I met the man in the market. Araniti did not know my age, I told him I am 17 years old. My family did not agree with this relationship and I decided to leave. I don't think anything, I just want to go to Aranit's house. I see his parents as my parents. Only the wedding was the most beautiful moment, we have many beautiful moments, but this is the most beautiful. The reason is that if I go to him, I will be calmer and I will not be under this stress that I have. I want him to get out of prison because I don't understand why... it became the media and that worries me even more. I understand why it was done in this kind of act. I don't call him guilty", said the 14-year-old in a statement given to Top Channel.
The minor has said that she has feelings for the 35-year-old.
Aranit Arapi from the village of Kryekuq i Divjaka was handcuffed by the police on the evening of January 10 of this year. He was handcuffed in the apartment after he was in a relationship with a 14-year-old girl for 10 months. The minor had been living with the boy's family since March of last year, while the latter had also had a wedding. The relationship has been repeatedly opposed by the girl's parents, who reported the case to the police. The 34-year-old was escorted several times by the blue uniforms, but was then released during this period. The boy's parents say that the girl stayed at their house willingly, while she also expressed something similar to the police.
