The head of American diplomacy, Antony Blinken, arrived today in Tirana to express the support of the United States for Albania, which is its ally in the Balkans.
Blinken will hold talks with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and meet with Albanian youth as part of a forum at the Pyramid, a large pyramid-shaped building in the city center that was once dedicated to the memory of communist leader Enver Hoxha.
