Was there or was there no collaboration between Elvis Shkëmbi and his uncle to kill appeals judge Astrit Kalaja?

To confirm this suspicion against the two arrested under investigation for the murder of a justice official in collaboration, the prosecution has sent two telephones that were in use by Elvis and Gjon Shkëmbi in prison from the day of the crime to a courtroom.

The two prosecutors in the case, as informed by reliable sources of Top Channel, have requested the phone code from 30-year-old Elvis Shkëmbi and his uncle, but neither of them has made it available.

Under these conditions, expertise has been requested from the scientific police to analyze the communications on both devices, to examine the conversations between the nephew and uncle and other people, which will prove the role of Gjon Shkëmbi, whether or not he had a driving or collaborative role on the day they traveled to Tirana for the civil process over ownership.

Although Gjon Shkëmbi has repeatedly requested his freedom since October 6, claiming that he knew nothing about his nephew's plans, the courts have left him in prison.

John states that when his nephew shot and killed the judge who had just announced the verdict against him, he told his nephew: Turn us off.

Meanwhile, Gjon Shkëmbi's latest request for freedom was postponed to be considered on January 27.

Evidence so far shows that the 30-year-old had entered the process armed and unnoticed another time, a situation that was repeated on the day of the incident.

The murderer did not appeal the prison sentence in court, but testified to investigators that he felt hatred for the decision, which he considered unfair, and fired a gun at the judge who killed him in the courtroom and two other parties who were injured.

The prosecution is also looking at the part of the testimony where Elvis Shkëmbi says that he had also complained about the prolonged processes to the High Inspectorate of Justice and several other institutions.

After the murder of Astrit Kalasa, the security of the courts and prosecutors' offices was called into question. But despite all the statements, the issue still remains unresolved./ Tch
