Sokol Sinomataj was arrested again after he left his cell taking advantage of the amnesty, as his freedom violated order and security in the city of Vlora, according to journalist Artan Hoxha.
Invited to "Top Talk", Hoxha said that the ban on "Buzëderri" shows a lack of coordination between the institutions.
" Sokol Sinomataj came to Albania by extradition, he did not come by himself. He was in prison in Belgium, he was arrested in Italy. He fled from Italy to Belgium, was arrested, put in prison and then extradited to Albania to serve his sentence here. I know he has been in prison in Italy.
This new decision that has come out, which may have taken final form during this time that he was in prison or was free in Belgium. In fact, this shows a lack of coordination between the institutions, because in the criminal record of this person, all the convictions against him, inside and outside the territory of Albania, are recorded. Because this decision came to them the moment it came out, I don't believe that, so they had that decision ," he said.
Sinomataj, whose son was killed a few months ago, would cause many problems in Vlora, said Hoxha.
" The moment he benefited from the amnesty and went to his apartment, the police immediately went and caught him. Now, the exit of Sinomataj caused many problems in Vlora, disturbed many balances for order and security. They killed the boy on the balcony with a sniper. And the perpetrators have not yet been discovered. That event has not been extinguished, the embers are there, the ash has just covered it, it can explode at any moment. With Sokol Sinomataj's brother and Sinomataj himself motivated by having killed his son, the situation in Vlora could become very explosive from moment to moment. Apparently, the authorities have also used this trick. They found that punishment and went and presented it to him ", said Hoxha.
Freedom for Sikol Sinomataj lasted only 12 hours! He was put in handcuffs on Thursday, one day yesterday he was released from prison, where he benefited from amnesty.
In a police statement, it is said that he was arrested on behalf of Italy, as he was sentenced to more than 12 years in prison for drug trafficking.
"Vlora Local Police Directorate executed the criminal decision for the citizen Sokol Sinomataj, 46 years old, whom the Court of Milan, Italy, has sentenced to 12 years, 5 months and 26 days of imprisonment, for the criminal offenses of 'Criminal Organization' and 'Illegal Traffic of immigrants".
Sinomati, known by the nickname "Buzëderri", who a few months ago killed the boy on the balcony of the apartment by shooting him with a sniper, is known as a former member of the Gaxhai gang, convicted for the murder of Elton Tato in 2002.
