Mirton Lika, co-owner of "Sky Tower", has been named a defendant by SPAK in connection with the investigations into Erion Veliaj's file.
SPAK has communicated the charge of "concealment of income" to businessman Mirton Lika.
Based on the investigations, it turns out that Lika gave an office to Ajola Xoxa with a loan-use contract, but SPAK suspects that it is an illegal activity.
This is an office in the "Sky Tower" building in the Blloku area, where checks were carried out a few months ago by BKH agents.
Ajola Xoxa owned several offices in this building for several of her activities, from the private gallery "Harabel" to the legal office "Partners Low".
