Lawyer Arben Llongozi has stated that the vetting system in justice has been controlled by crime, politics and corruption. According to him, this is shown by some flagrant cases of dismissal of some worthy prosecutors, who have been thrown out of the new justice system, for the interests of politics and crime.
Through a post on the "Facebook" social network, Llangozi presents the double standard that has been used by vetting. He presents the cases of 3 prosecutors, Anton Martini, Gentian Trenova and Antoneta Sevdari, who, according to him, were dismissed, unjustly, and then draws parallels with a prosecutor from Gjirokastra who is still part of the system but who normally shouldn't be.
According to Llangoz, the prosecutor from Gjirokastra is known for delaying criminal cases but also for investigating open conflicts of interest. The lawyer says that the biggest scandal is that this prosecutor investigated his own father and came to the conclusion that his father is innocent!

Meanwhile, one of the most flagrant cases that has passed the vetting is a prosecutor from Gjirokastra, who is known in this prosecutor's office for delaying criminal cases but also for investigating open conflicts of interest. This prosecutor has dozens of investigations that have lasted over 5 years. Investigations are not complex and easy to solve, but the prosecutor did not close the investigations in time, without talking about corrupt actions, about which we will write to you next.
The scandal is that this prosecutor investigated his own father and came to the conclusion that his father is innocent. The investigation of his father was carried out in violation of the law on Conflict of Interest, but also in violation of Article 15 et seq. of the Criminal Code. Criminal.
Even though he investigated his own father, the prosecutor passed the vetting and it is not known whether money was paid or whether the KPK received any political order or from organized crime. But will they pass the KPA?
