The murder of the Albanian Arjani Rizaj yesterday in Ecuador is full of mystery, although and why it is thought to be related to cocaine trafficking, very little is known about his role.
Arjanit Rizaj was shot with 9 bullets by two people on a motorcycle, while he was sitting inside his car, in a parking lot near the hospital in Guayaquil.
According to journalist Klodiana Lala, Rizaj may have been a "guarantee" for the drug load. She said in the "Kjo Javë" show that many Albanians are left as collateral until the drugs arrive at their destination.
" There are many Albanians in Latin America, most of whom are either left as collateral or are part of criminal groups. In this particular case, Arjan Rizai is believed to have been a guarantee for a shipment of drugs. As for his extradition from Turkey, it is a very complex issue, given that he is wanted not only by Albania" , said journalist Lala.
