Migrants return after year-end holidays, influx of movement at the border point with Greece

After the end of the year-end holidays, there has been a high flow of movement at the Kakavija and Tre Urat border crossings. It is reported that the Albanian side is working with 4 counters, while the Greek side with 2.

During the last 24 hours, the services of the Border Control Point (BCP) Kakavija have processed 10,716 citizens at entry and exit, out of a total of 3,073 at entry and 7,643 at exit. In addition, 2,908 vehicles have been processed, 773 at entry and 2,135 at exit.

Meanwhile, SPK Tre Urat has processed 577 citizens, of which 101 entered and 476 exited, as well as 270 vehicles, of which 53 entered and 217 exited.
