Crime has its own codes and language, but what is considered most frightening is the cold-bloodedness and even insensitivity with notes of hypocrisy, where the real perpetrators are often suspected of participating in funeral ceremonies and crying for the victims.
One of these cases was recounted through his testimony and claims in the Criminal Court, by the associate of justice Erjon Alibej.
According to "Shqiptarja.com", he spoke about the assassination attempt of December 29, 2018 in Bradashesh, Elbasan, where his brother Endrit, uncle Arben Dylgjeri, and a Turkish citizen, a family friend, were killed. Alibej said today in the courtroom that the information he received was mostly about Suel Çela, while the Çapjas came to the house first, as they were interested in it, while they were in conflict with Çela. But then the information also continued about the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, who according to him were at the funeral and even shed tears for Endrit.
Erion Alibej's testimony about the assassination attempt on his brother:
" The Turkish citizen had been in Albania before, when my daughter turned 1 year old, he was a close friend of ours due to his working relationship with Endrit. On the evening of the massacre, Endrit was in Tirana with some friends, then he left for Peqin to my uncles, where they had gathered, while I was delivering some gifts for the end of the year to a notary friend of ours, Besmir Lala's phone rang, I heard that it was my daughter-in-law, because I didn't have a phone, because I was being searched. I told him what was going on, in the meantime a white X6 arrived that I knew belonged to Mikael Qosje, who had been given a gift by Franc Çopja, I know that they had changed it for cocaine. Besmir told me that they had shot Endrit quickly, Mikael was with Ervis Çopja in the car, he approached me in his car, I said do you have a "hekër", for a weapon. He said no, why what happened, I closed the window and ran to the scene. My brother's daughter-in-law, the Romanian citizen, was in the last month of pregnancy, it was a great joy for us. They left in 2 cars, the women alone, Endrit, the Turkish citizen and the uncle in one car, I was the first at the scene, there was no one, not even a policeman, strange, there is always a police patrol there, even now if you pass by there is a patrol there, I found my mother, aunt, sister, the children screaming, it was a scene I can't describe. I caught Endrit, he seemed warm, but there were many bullets on one side, a police van and an ambulance arrived, but they died in the hospital. As soon as I went home, many people, friends and acquaintances were coming, very soon people from the Çapja family, Florenci and a few others came to me, I went out alone, I met them with Bledar Muça and Florenci Çapja. Bledar told me: "I told Endrit to be careful, but he didn't listen to me". I told him from whom? He told me, 'only Suel Çela does these massacres!'
Bled Muça had been drinking alcohol, I told him we'd talk at another time, but he said he was on my side, that's how interested he was. They kept giving me endless information, it wasn't Kamer Mehja who did it, not Suel Çela, especially about Suel.
Around those days, the name of Çopjave was mentioned to me and Sokol Sanxhaktari mentioned it to me and they told me that the assassination was carried out by Talo Çela and Dari, for Hajdar Çopjan. On the first day, when I had not yet accompanied them to the cemetery, I had Franc and Hajdar Çopjan under the house and all their conversations connected him to Suel Çela and moreover they cried at their brother's funeral .
