A serious event was recorded on Tuesday evening in the Shkodër-Velipoja axis. The two brothers, owners of a hotel on the beach of Velipoja, Edmir and Gëzim Frroku, shot and killed 33-year-old Ersild Ishmi and his brother-in-law, 22-year-old Arsid Hoxha.
According to the criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, the main cause of this event is the failure to manage security measures.
"The main reason is the non-management of security measures against high-risk persons that the court has decided and the way law enforcement institutions have guaranteed that the house arrest remains so and is not violated. Today we have formal house arrest. All this seems very simple, but it had all the opportunities to be prevented" , said Karamuço in "Last hour".
Meanwhile, the security expert, Fatjon Softa, said that the fault lies with the state police, which does not carry out checks.
"When we say that the State Police must control the territory, it means that every part of the Albanian territory must be kept under control, under the supervision of police structures", said Softa.
