"Ina Rama is an agent of SHIK", the former prosecutor

The former prosecutor emphasizes that their assets cannot be legally explained and do not correspond to the declared income, which casts doubt on the objectivity and reliability of their decisions in the vetting process.

Lawyer and former prosecutor Ervin Karanxha lashed out at Ina Rama, accusing her of being a collaborator of SHIK, a fact that the law prohibits her from appearing simultaneously as a member of the KPA in the vetting process. His harsh reaction highlighted a dubious dimension of justice, where a senior representative of the vetting body could be linked to groups that the law considers prohibited for judicial officials.

The tragicomedy becomes clearer when Ina Rama also appears on the SHIK lists, published by Iranian hackers. This exposure shows obvious coordination with external groups and suggests that her formal role as a member of the KPA does not protect her from suspicions of collaboration with dubious interests. Karanxha said that when she saw the SHIK lists of collaborators, she was immediately reminded of the film The Debate.

" When I saw Ina Rama on the SHIK lists, I remembered the movie, where Coli informs the teacher: 'Mr. Teacher, he is a spy! '" said Karanxha.

A scene that is seemingly simple and childish, but which in the current context takes on an absurd and ironic color. In this comparison, Coli is the figure who reveals the spy in the film, a symbol of attention and vigilance, while Ina Rama represents the complex and suspicious reality of Albanian justice, where a high-ranking KPA official appears included in lists of suspicious collaborators.

The Albanian public, like the teacher in the film, must assess and judge the situation, faced with an endless combination of absurdity, irony and moral concern, where the role of justice and its integrity seem to be under pressure from power games and private interests. This comparison gives the situation a tragicomic dimension, making it clear that what should have been the shield of the law, in reality becomes part of a scandal that the public must interpret and judge for themselves.

Ervin Karanxha did not spare his words towards other members of the KPA, calling them incompetent and ironic about their wealth, which he called unjustified. His statement was not simply critical, but a strong public outburst, presenting an important institution of justice as incompetent and caught in absurdity, while the public remains witness to a moral and political scandal.

Karanxha also declared that the members of the vetting committee are incompetent, harshly criticizing them for the way they are performing their duties. He stressed that not only is there a lack of efficiency, but their decision-making is also weak, highlighting a limited capacity to protect the law and the integrity of justice. According to him, this incompetence is clearly evident in the controversial decisions and the way cases are handled, leaving the justice institutions exposed to suspicion and manipulation.

He further added that the vetting members have unjustified wealth, harshly criticizing them for the way they have accumulated these assets. According to him, this shows not only a lack of transparency, but also a lack of integrity in the function they exercise, turning them into suspicious persons for the public.

The former prosecutor points out that their assets cannot be legally explained and do not correspond to the declared income, which casts doubt on the objectivity and reliability of their decisions in the vetting process. Karanxha uses this as an argument to highlight the weaknesses of the justice system and the lack of control over higher institutions.

He has also made strong accusations in the case of Lulëzim Basha, related to the Durrës-Kukës road. As a minister, Basha was accused of corruption for this project, while Ina Rama, in her role as Prosecutor General, closed the case using a procedure for violation of deadlines, avoiding a real investigation and highlighting the suspicious connections between politics and justice.

Karanxha emphasizes that this raises serious questions about the integrity of the vetting body and adds to the political dimension of the scandal, making the entire episode seem like an absurd comedy with real consequences.
