The iPhone remains in the hands of SPAK, the Supreme Court rejects Monika Kryemadhi's request

The Supreme Court has rejected Monika Kryemadhi's request for the return of a mobile device seized by SPAK.

The "iPhone" mobile device was seized from a person close to Kryemadhi, while it is suspected by SPAK that it was used by her.

A criminal panel composed of judges Ilir Panda, Albana Boksi and Medi Bici decided in the Advisory Chamber not to accept the appeal made by Kryemadhi, thus leaving in effect the decision of the Special Appeal of January 4, 2024, which did not release the phone from seizure.

SPAK is investigating in a single file two reports made against the Meta-Kryemadhi spouses. The first is the report of former deputy Halit Valteri, who claimed "corruption" and "concealment of wealth". The other report was made by the lawyer Idajet Beqiri, who claims that the spouses made unjustified expenses in legal sources for aesthetic services.
