The well-known lawyer, Kreshnik Spahiu commented on the current situation in Albania. During an interview for "SOT" newspaper, lawyer Spahiu warns of terrible developments in September. Also, he reveals what happens after the publication of the interceptions of 'Encro Chat' and 'Sky' and the 'bombastic' details about the file that no one dares to release a single piece of news, six different judges and prosecutors have been taken hostage.
-Mr. Spahiu, should we have a responsibility from the prime minister or this majority because MPs are also mentioned in this file, that the prime minister washed his hands of them in time?
Prime Minister Rama has the responsibility not to tell the Albanians that his politics and political regime is related to crime, but Edi Rama must come out to apologize and take responsibility for bringing criminal gangs into politics. So this is a very big essential difference, which means that the connection with crime or corrupt officials is all over the planet. But what has happened in Albania, that you take the cap of the gangs in every district and put it either for mayor or for deputy, this has been done only by the Socialist Party in Albania. I completely agree that the Democrats have fed the gangs and some of them have strengthened since the time of the DP, but none of them became MPs.
And this is a very big difference between one party and another. Those who are not clear should understand that issuing arrest warrants for 7 criminal gangs in Albania means having courage, courage and playing with life. To my knowledge, 2 of these gangs have previously carried out assassinations and hostage-taking within the system. I have information that within a criminal file, six different judges and prosecutors have been assassinated or taken hostage 6 times and no news has been dared to come out because the judges and prosecutors themselves have been interested in not having it come out as news after closing this matter , as they were afraid of pressure in general. The pressure has been terrible, they have been very powerful. It could neither be reported nor made public as an event. The interceptions have two good news, the first news is that eventually and if there will be cowardly or corrupt judges, they will not dare to declare them innocent because the criminal files are armored. These have probative value. For all these 48 people, whether they are in prison or on the run, these keys were thrown into the ocean, which means that they will no longer circulate freely. The second piece of good news is that the wiretapping showed that in criminal law, none of these can be considered a mafia family. Ultimately, these are some banal gangs of scumbags that function typically as Albanians, where they do not have the structure of the classic Italian or international mafia. These are criminal gangs and organizations, but not mafia-level.
- What is it called when the crime is related to politics, to members of the Assembly? What is it called, they use their power, money?
He bought gangs, he bought power. They bought political immunity with money.
- The problem is when the rulers turn out to be thugs, it's good that the crime has ruined our politics, but here we have ex-deputies ordering murders?
The two highest levels of crime are criminal organizations and the mafia, in the legal sense. These belong to typical Albanian criminal organizations, they are very banal in the way they functioned, they don't even have couriers who de-conspire. These five groups with each other, once they introduced the five to each other, once they cooperated with each other. There is also bad news from this whole story, starting from September we will have a series of murders of an unprecedented war that will begin between these gangs. The publication of the intercepts of which has blown these up. Whether it was done intentionally or unintentionally is unknown.
- Have they entered into enmity?
Absolutisht. Sepse deri dje i kanë pasur hamendësime, ky mund të më ketë thënë, ku ndoshta është kundër meje. Në momentin që publikohen të gjithë bisedat e grupeve kundërshtare, unë mendoj që tentakulat dhe metastazat e këtyre bandave, absolutisht që do të fillojnë të veprojnë dhe do hakmerren. Mendoj që do të kenë dy-tre muaj organizim, do të marrin porositë, pagesat nga jashtë shtetit (Dubai) ose nga burgu. Lajmi i mirë dhe i keq është se ata që janë në burg nuk do të ekzekutohen, se janë të mbrojtur. Mund të jenë në burg përjetë, por me këto burgje që kemi në, besoj mesa duket ata vazhdojnë të ushqehen me krudo, me verë, me telefona, me celularë, me rrjete sociale.
-Si i shihni sulmet dhe kritikat ndaj SPAK?
Do të doja të tërhiqja vëmendjen për tre momente të rëndësishme që dua t’i them ndaj atyre që janë kritik ndaj SPAK-ut. Së pari, ato që janë kritik ndaj SPAK-ut, kryesisht kanë bindjen e tyre se lideri opozitës është vënë në akuzë pa prova dhe po goditet politikisht. E marrë të mirëqenë në këtë moment se ato kanë të drejtë, përfshirë dhe vetë liderin e opozitës i cili pretendon se është vënë në akuzë pa prova, është vënë në arrest shtëpie pa prova. Për një person i cili pretendon të jetë shtetar në historinë e Shqipërisë, që të ketë një standard dhe një profil të lartë, si mundet të të bjeri në të njëjtin nivel kur del dhe akuzon Altin Dumanin, të lidhur me Shullazin, Bamin apo me familjen e Ervis Martinajt. Për sa kohë nuk kë prova mor zotëri, që ky skrapi që e akuzon të ketë lidhej me Bamin, me Shullazin apo me bandat e tjera, nuk ke asnjë të drejtë të dalësh ta denigrosh publikisht këtë person për sa kohë është dhe titullar i lartë i shtetit. E dyta, në të gjithë këto përgjime të të gjitha bandave, nuk rezulton të jetë organizuar asnjë atentat politik ndaj një zyrtari politik të opozitës. Deri më sot nuk rezulton asnjë politikan nga opozita të jetë rrahur nga bandat kriminale.
-SPAK vepron si një i vetëm apo standardi i SPAK-ut është Altin Dumani?
Nuk mund të jetë. SPAK-u ka krijuar një standard në tërësi. Meritën padyshim e ka Altin Dumani, në rolin drejtuesit, sepse të gjitha këto po ndodhin në hapësirën kohore kur po drejtohen nga Altin Dumani. Nëse ai nuk do kishte një ekip nuk do ishin bërë këto goditje. E treta, kanë një kurajo dhe guxim të jashtëzakonshëm pasi jetojnë në një Shqipëri ku familjarët e tyre mund të goditen nga momenti në moment. Është një rrezik shumë i madh kriminal nga bandat, rrezik për jetën, familjarët dhe personat e fisit të prokurorëve dhe është një kurajo e jashtëzakonshme të cilën jo çdo kush mundet ta marrë përsipër. Është më e lehtë të arrestosh një zv. Kryeministër sesa kapo bandave në Shqipëri.
-A u dekonspirua aksioni i SPAK?
