Toska says that in 2019 she received an amount of 650 thousand ALL in compensation as a family of the persecuted. The day he went to take them to the bank, he was accompanied by the head of the association Mr. Gega, who gave him only 50,000 lek of the entire amount. He told him that he would return the rest to those from Tirana who had made possible the approval of this compensation.
After he returns home, his family members ask him about the amount he received and also ask for the bank receipt that made the withdrawal, which was kept by the president of the association. Under these conditions, he was informed by his family that he had been deceived, he meets a lawyer who affirms the same. After that, Fatmir Toska files a report to the police about the fraud done to him by the head of the association.
After Mr. Gega is made aware of the report, two days later he asks them to make a statement to the notary together, where he says that he would return all the money. Initially, he gave 250,000, and he was left to give 350,000 ALL from the total amount. But Fatmir learned later that he had been deceived again. Since the statement was not read to the notary, he simply signed it with the idea that he would receive the full amount, but in the meantime he had signed that the repayment was exhausted.

Toska says that the court did not take into account the statement she signed at the notary against him, taking advantage of the fact that he was blind, so it rejected it. He affirms the same thing to the Fiks reporter, saying that he does not owe the whistleblower any money. On the day of the notarial statement, he met Pëllumbi by chance, although only two days after the report, where the latter told him that he made a mistake by accusing him of taking the money. "So we went to the notary and he signed that I didn't take any money from him," explains the head of the association. The question of the decision of the court, which declared him guilty as a fraud, he again connects with politics, where he says that Ilir Meta has staged situations with prosecutors and judges to hit him.
