Today, the Commission for the Protection of Magistrates approved the request of Judge Arnisa Kelliçi for special protection from the Guard of the Republic.
The decision came after the request to the KLP of the judge of the First Instance in Tirana, where she requested physical protection after receiving a threatening letter.
Regarding this event, the journalist Anila Hoxha has discovered possible clues as to why the judge of the Court of Tirana, Arnisa Kelliçi, may have been threatened.
According to journalist Hoxha, the chances are that the threat is not related to any case that the judge has in hand, since this Court does not consider serious cases that have a risk to life.
Hoxha revealed that a joke that judge Arnisa Këlliçi made to her colleagues that "I have information that someone is being eavesdropped" is being examined, a joke which was not well received by her colleagues. But according to the journalist, this track is not definitive.
"The report was referred this morning. The letter has been made public and all the details are known. The police have also examined the security cameras in the hope of finding the author of the handwritten letter. At the weekend, until the commission convened, the police set up temporary protection. Today, the KLJJ has scheduled a meeting, until it is revealed what really happened. No one enters the Court without being checked, not even the lawyers. It is not that difficult to identify the people who broke in and who left this threatening letter for the judge.
I do not believe that it is specifically related to any case because the criminal chamber of Tirana does not consider serious cases that have a risk to life. There are a few more tracks the band is working on. The case will be investigated to detect papillary traces. Another track, the chancellor of the court will also testify, but there are doubts it could also be due to a conflict that happened in the last days in the Court. There are suspicions that he was involved in a prank with colleagues, but this is not the main clue.
