Journalist Ermal Vija spoke about the operation of SPAK and the attack on the characters of the world of crime.
While talking about the importance of this file, he said that the operation is still ongoing and investigations are continuing. The journalist says that in this mega-operation there was a high number of operatives who were from the directorate of Tirana.
The journalist says that regarding the 11 people who, according to TIMS, are found in our country, the search will continue within the country and if they are not found within 30 days, the police have the obligation to issue an international search notice.
"The largest number of effectives were initiated by the director of the police of Tirana. The operation was large, more than 50 arrest warrants were issued, so there had to be a coordination of the effectives in the field. Arrest warrants were given to the police agents sealed in an envelope.
The operation was well coordinated with the Police, BKH and Interpol. Investigations continue. For those persons who turn out to have gone outside of Albania, coordination with Interpol will be needed. As for the 11 persons who, according to TIMS, are found in our country, the search will continue within the country and if they are not found within 30 days, the police have the obligation to issue an international search notice.
The file still has many details and for exponents of the world of crime where arrest warrants have been issued. Members of criminal groups used to talk through these applications, but they had doubts because this application only has communications with messages, but here communications of other members of criminal groups are also revealed," he told "Abc News".
