Weather conditions for tomorrow are expected to be unstable across the country, with rainfall of varying intensity depending on the region.
According to the forecasts, moderate to locally intense rainfall is expected in the Shkodër and Kukës regions. Moderate rainfall is expected in Lezha, Vlora and Gjirokastër, while in Dibër, Durrës, Tirana, Elbasan and Korçë rainfall will be light to locally moderate.
Meanwhile, due to the deterioration of the hydrometeorological situation in and outside the Gulf of Vlora during Thursday and Friday, the authorities have stopped issuing departure permits to small vessels and fishing vessels operating in the open sea.
Starting from 06:00 on March 26, 2026 until 06:00 on March 27, 2026, winds are expected from the south-southeast direction with a force of up to 6–7 force, with a speed of 15–20 m/s and waves reaching 1.5 to 2.5 meters.
Due to weather conditions, the ship on the Vlora-Brindisi-Vlora route has canceled its sailing and arrival at the Port of Vlora for the following day.
Meanwhile, international maritime transport ships will continue operations normally according to their respective destinations.
According to the authorities, an improvement in the situation for small vessels and fishing vessels is expected after 06:00 on March 27, 2026.
