The Court of Tirana has accepted the request of Alda Klos, Javier and Rozeta Dobi for a shortened trial and on March 19 the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana is expected to give the final conclusions.
The request of the former chief of staff of Arben Ahmetaj, the sanitary worker and the latter's son was presented in the preliminary session, while the three accused have not accepted the charge but only the acts in their current state. Klosi is accused of false declaration, concealment of assets and false declaration before OPGJ.
Meanwhile, the nurse Rozeta Dobi and her son Javier Dobi are accused of the crime of theft with serious consequences committed in cooperation. For Alda Klos, the property investigation has been separated and the investigation is ongoing.
The arrest of Alda Klos was made based on the testimony of the sanitary worker Rozeta Dobi, who claims that the sum of 500 thousand euros found in her apartment belongs to Alda Klos.
Klos's lawyer, Arbër Hoxha, says that his client is being held in prison without trial and only based on the testimony of the nurse. He raises the concern of the lack of completion even after 4 months of the accounting act-expertise of Alda Klos's income.
