"They are hiding the murder" / The brother's body was returned to

Saimir Sula passed away in Spain and his body was returned to the homeland without a heart.

His sister, Majlinda Sula, already accuses the delay in carrying out the DNA, which according to her is intentional and hides the truth of the event.

Saimir's sister says that such an analysis cannot be carried out in Albania, so it is requested to be sent to a laboratory abroad.

"The Ministry of Justice has not taken any steps. We do not have any information about the documents that our lawyer presented in Albania. And still we wait. Months pass, years pass and we claim to be the DNA of that heart that is claimed to have been brought from Spain to IML in Albania.
The heart is kept there, 4 years, 3 years it was kept in Spain, one year it is kept in Albania and no DNA is done. In our letters, we have asked the prosecutor of the case, since Albania does not have the opportunity to do DNA, not having the conditions in our institutions, we have the right to take the heart abroad", says Majlinda Sula in her reaction for journalist Klodiana Lala.

She further says that the silence has lasted for 4 years and that in these years the family members have asked every institution to carry out the tests.

Majlinda Sula accuses that the truth of her brother's murder, which can be revealed by analysis, is being hidden.

"There are two possibilities, Saimiri was killed by trauma from the 8 guards of the hospital. The heart leaves a mark, it is the main organ that leaves a mark. A medical examiner during an autopsy can read the heart and can see trauma or infarction. Hiding this heart for 4 years, that heart loses, loses evidence. That heart no longer speaks. Lose evidence. If the DNA comes back positive, they buy time to cover up the evidence of the murder. If it comes out negative, we don't ask for anything from Albania, let Spain investigate.
We asked for the conditions of how the heart was transported from the Spanish institution to Albania, since the heart can decompose if the protocols are not followed. We ask for the minutes", said Majlinda Sula.
