Tensions at the Democratic Party protest have escalated into violent clashes with the police, with several MPs and opposition representatives injured and hospitalized.
According to reports from the field, during the police intervention, pepper spray was used, which affected a large number of protesters and DP representatives. As a result, Aulon Kalaja, Luçiano Boçi and Klevis Balliu were taken to the hospital for medical assistance.
Meanwhile, the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, was seen lying on the street, receiving first aid from supporters, after experiencing severe eye problems as a result of the pepper spray.
