The Financial Supervisory Authority published the 9-month report on the insurance market and the results once again confirm SIGAL Insurance Group's position as the largest and most trusted insurance company in Albania and the region.
In total, about a quarter of the claims paid in the entire Albanian insurance market are covered by SIGAL.
The value of claims paid by SIGAL Insurance Group to its clients reaches 1 billion and 438 million lekë, or approximately 15 million euros, in just the first 9 months of the year.
According to the data, SIGAL Insurance Group continues to lead the market, paying 23.4% of claims in life insurance and 44.2% of claims in non-life insurance.
In the first nine months of 2025, 15,251 citizens benefited from compensation from the company, 150 of them in life insurance and over 15,000 in non-life insurance.
According to AFSA, SIGAL owns 25.87% of the insurance market in the country, while in non-life insurance it has recorded a 6.8% increase in the number of clients this year.
With these results, SIGAL Insurance Group remains the largest and most trusted insurance company in the region.
