Security expert Ilir Kulla, speaking on the "Free Zone" show about the Veliaj case, predicted the start of a legal war that we have not seen before in 34 years.
Kulla predicts that the Municipality of Tirana will have two mayors and that Veliaj will emerge victorious from Strasbourg.
" There is a process that needs to be explained. First, there was a political dismissal from the party. They made a gross mistake, because he requested to participate in the meeting, and they rejected him. Here is the first slip. We find ourselves in a legal conflict where Veliaj and his lawyers are doing what they need to, to present facts in Strasbourg, on violated rights. Begaj could write to the Venice Commission, and could tell them that they do not explain things in these cases, and they would receive an explanation.
