Eduart Halimi, former Minister of Justice, has reacted regarding the 'Ura' operation where 29 arrest warrants were issued by SPAK. Halimi writes that SPAK had requested the security measures on March 19, the GJKKO approved them on April 30, while the execution of the measures was undertaken on May 20.
"The operation took place 62 days after SPAK's request and 9 days after the elections,
"It could be the first case in the history of new criminal justice! Justice is never enough to be formally correct - it must also be timely, effective and not influenced by political circumstances or electoral calculations," writes Halimi.

???? The arrest measures for Operation "Bridge" were requested on 19.3.2025, approved on 30.04.2025 (after 42 days) and executed on 20.05.2025. So 62 days after SPAK's request, 9 days after the elections!

Justice is never enough to be just formally correct – it must also be timely, effective, and uninfluenced by political circumstances or electoral calculations.
