Chief Commissioner Florian Rrasa , until now head of the Tepelena Police Station, in the Gjirokastër Local Police Directorate, is appointed head of the Computer Fraud Investigation Department, in the Cyber Crime Investigation Directorate, in the Criminal Police Department, in the General Directorate of Police of the State.
